Iris and Michael Raie are the authors of the popular cookbook “No Place Like Home: Southern Cooking with a Latin Flair”. The mother and son team both have a passion for cooking and entertaining. They love doing themed parties and their kitchen and home are a show place during any holiday. Their collection of family favorites have made them a success. They are culinary instructors and teach cooking classes and have appeared on several TV cooking segments. They have conducted cooking demos in many places. They appeared at last years Epcot Food & Wine festival at Walt Disney World in Orlando,FL and also at Bok Tower Gardens and have done several radio interviews and have been in various publications. Drawing from their Florida roots the Raies create recipes ranging from comforting southern food to Latin selections Their recipes are easy to follow and will have you cooking like a pro in no time. After trying their recipes you will find there is “No Place Like Home”. They hope one day they will have their own cooking show.
